Well, SO ARE WE!
Beginning Sunday, February 10, immediately following the 11:15am worship service, Allen Temple girls and women will be walking for health! The "walk about" will last approximately 20-30 minutes. Please bring a pair of walking shoes, some comfortable clothes, and a team spirit. Those who are unable to walk, or who would prefer a low impact exercise, may join a chair exercise group in the gym. During the month of February, let's love ourselves and walk!
