The Junior Deacons Ministry is a sub ministry of the Deacons Ministry. We educate boys about who God is and what God expects, making them aware of their relationship with Jesus Christ and his role in their salvation and help them to develop into strong Christian men. We spiritually grow boys into men through Bible Study, scripture recitation and in-depth analysis of the Gospel message. Critical is an understanding of who Jesus is, and why we need him in our lives. Our approach is holistic in that we are concerned about the whole person. Therefore, we try to enhance educational involvement, social relationships, and community participation with monthly meetings and periodic field trips to bookstores, sporting events, museums, and workshops.
