The Allen Temple phone system provider is Nextiva.  The Nextiva System is a VOIP (Voice-over IP) system, which means the calls are made over the internet.

Retrieve voice messages on your Nextiva phone 

To access voicemail from a Nextiva phone: 

  • From any Nextiva phone, dial 9999 or *86. 
  • At the greeting, press the star (*) key. 
  • Enter the voicemail PIN. If checking voicemail for the first time, enter the default PIN: 0000, followed by the # key. Change the PIN to a personalized 4-digit number. 

App Users 

The Nextiva App allows you to use your Nextiva phone service from your computer or mobile phone. 

Basic Extensions 

The Basic Extension license allows voice messages to be recorded by the Nextiva System. 
Voice messages are automatically sent to your allen-temple.org email associated with the account.  You can also retrieve voice messages as follows. 

To access voicemail from a non-Nextiva phone: 

  • From a non-Nextiva phone, dial the users phone number. 
  • At the greeting, press the star (*) key. 
  • Enter the voicemail PIN. If checking voicemail for the first time, enter the default PIN: 0000, followed by the # key. Change the PIN to a personalized 4-digit number.
