As we look toward 2026 and all that God has in store, we invite you to join the Prayer Warriors Ministry for our annual Prayer Consecration for the Allen Temple Baptist Church Family beginning January 1.
This year’s theme is “31 Days of Prayer: The ACTS of Prayer”—a focused journey through the ACTS prayer model: Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. Each day, we will reflect on a scripture tied to one of these pillars as we strengthen our individual and collective prayer life.
To enhance our time of consecration will also feature daily devotional reflections on the ACTS model written by Allen Temple members, offering wisdom and inspiration from within our own church family.

Consecration Guidelines | January 1 – 31, 2026
Use the daily devotional readings and scriptures in this guide to shape your prayers each day.
Consecrate yourself by fasting and/or setting aside a cherished food, habit, or activity. (Fasting references: Daniel 9:3; 10:2–3; Acts 13:2–3; 14:23; Matthew 4:2; Luke 4:1–2)
Fasting Options: Choose one or more approaches as you participate in the 31-Day Prayer Consecration:
- Daniel Fast - Eat fruits, vegetables, water, or pure fruit juice. Avoid meat, sweets, and bread.
- Sacrificial Fast - Perfect for those new to fasting or with health restrictions. Set aside things like television, social media, unnecessary spending, or hobbies.
- Partial Fast - Refrain from food during specific hours (e.g., 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or sunup to sundown).
If fasting isn’t possible for any reason, continue praying with us daily.
