Elexio Migration
On February 21, 2018, our current suite of Elexio church management software applications, including the database, member portal (ATBC Community), mobile app and text giving, were replaced with newer versions from the same vendor. This change became necessary due to the fact the vendor has chosen to retire the current versions in December 2018.
We have been diligently planning this migration since the beginning of December 2017. Realizing there's never a good time to implement a change of this magnitude, we decided to move forward sooner rather than later due to our limited resources and time commitments.
The new applications have a totally different look and feel from their older counterparts. We're certain you will find the new user-friendly interface easier to navigate. The instructions below should be of value in making a smooth transition from old to new.

If you are a group leader (board, ministry, auxiliary, committee, class, etc.) and are interested in learning how your group might benefit from using these new tools, please contact us to schedule a coaching session soon as possible. If you do not have an account and wish to create one, simply open a Support Ticket using the "Help Desk" on the top menu bar @ www.allen-temple.org. Use the "Create withou account" option to sign into the Help Desk. After your membership is validated, your login credentials will be forwarded to you.
Instructions
1) If you have the Allen Temple Elexio mobile app installed on your mobile device, it should be deleted to avoid confusion with step 2.
2) Download & install the “Elexio Community” mobile app for iOS or Google Play by following these instructions: Community mobile app setup.
3) To access the new ATBC Community portal, navigate to the home page on our website (www.allen-temple.org) and click on "ATBC Community" on the top menu bar.
4) For one time online giving contributions, navigate to the home page on our website (www.allen-temple.org) and click on the "Giving" option on the top menu bar. Your current username (email address) and password should be used to sign in. These credentials were copied from the old system.
5) If you have setup a recurring online giving contribution, no change is necessary. Should a change become necessary, follow the instructions in step #4 above.
Important Note: If you have ever signed on using one of the old system applications (database, member portal or mobile app) your login credentials for the new applications will be the same. However, if you change your password in the new mobile or Community browser apps, you must also change the password in the Giving portal, as well. The Giving portal is not synchronized with the other two applications. The vendor is working on improving this arrangement.
6) Text Giving - How it works: To send gifts via text, send a text message with the dollar amount (e.g. $10) to (510) 737-0078. If this is your first time giving this way, you must complete a short form to provide your billing information. After the initial setup, giving is as easy as sending a text message.
